1.1. All artisan submitting this form automatically declares to ‘agree to’ and ‘abide by’ all the Artisan’s Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Artisans applying for verification after the registration process will be asked to create a sample for justification of their capabilities.
2.1. Artisans who do not wish to register may still work as a “Guest Artisan” or “unregistered artisan.”
2.2. A guest artisan must apply by email to the editor: editor.wise2wisdom@gmail.com
2.3. Guest artisans may not be entitled to any benefit of a registered artisan. They may also not be accredited for their work. In some but not all cases, their name in short and qualification might just appear.
2.3. Guest artisans must also agree to the terms and conditions via email. If required, Wise2Wisdom may at any moment ask a Guest artisan to submit his/ her proof of qualification or Identity.
3.1. In the contributory category, Wise2Wisdom may specify certain themes to the artisan and an artisan may choose one or multiple of them.
3.2. However, artisans are free to choose the theme themselves in the contributory category.
4.1. In the paid category, artisans have to work only in the pre-specified theme.
4.2. In the paid category, when there is a lesser number of available themes, sometimes artisans may not be able to make a choice.
5.1. All the list of pre-specified themes whether in the paid or contributory category will be emailed to the authors and allotted on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.
5.2. Artisans who have previously submitted quality work may be given preference. In some cases, Wise2Wisdom may allot the same theme to multiple artisans and publish all of them.
6.1. In the paid category, the rates shall be available in the advertisement or the email that contains the list of topics.
6.2. Artisans are always at freedom to opt to work or not when they are given a set of themes.
6.3. If an artisan does not respond or make a selection of the themes within 72 hours, it will be assumed that they do not intend to take up a theme from that list.
6.4. The artisan especially in the paid category must submit the work within the given time-frame.
7.1. Artisans whether registered or unregistered must submit every creative, via email for approval. The artisan must never submit such work directly at the panel.
